The Lotus's network in Thailand operates approximately 2,500 stores of various formats and focuses on fresh produce and household goods. The primary challenge was to help digitize supplier documentation, followed by the development of additional applications that address issues such as dynamic pricing and promos.

ITS supplied and operated an electronic document exchange solution for Lotus's in Thailand with suppliers. Examples include purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes and many more. The most recent application is a newly developed system for product pricing and promotions management, including promotional functionalities. It is used as the primary pricing system throughout Lotus's Thailand and Malaysia network.
