With IBM Expert Care services, clients can have more predictable and consistent maintenance costs that allow in-house IT staff to spend more time focusing on strategic business objectives as a result.

When purchasing hardware, simply choose from three service levels:
Basic, Advanced or Premium - applicable to each product, then the next step is to determine the length of service required, which can last up to 5 years.


IBM Expert Care is a service and support package that is designed from the ground up to represent a simpler service and support sales process for IBM Power Systems and System Storage at the time of sale, resulting in a simpler buying experience for clients.

The Premium level provides, among other things, improved response times, remote code loading and a technical account manager.
