Cybersecurity workshop for internal auditors
1 min

In mid-February, another in a series of workshops designed primarily for internal auditors took place, which aimed to better orient themselves in the issue of internal auditing of cyber and information security and, more broadly, information technology auditing in general.
The course was again led by an experienced lecturer Libor Štourač from ITS and his years of experience in auditing and IT helped to shed light on the dark corners of such a complex and complicated area as internal cyber security auditing.
Not only how to audit, but what to look for, what to look out for and what to formally require, what obligations the NIS2 directive will bring (and why not wait for it to be written into Czech legislation) - we tried to highlight all this during the intensive morning session.
We would like to thank all participants for their positive feedback, which motivates us to prepare further follow-up courses and confirms that the topic of cyber security is moving higher and higher in the priority ranking - clearly, and with a much wider range of subjects than it has ever been historically.
A responsible approach, continuous education and the use of modern tools is the way we follow in our corporate philosophy. If you are interested in a customized corporate workshop, whether for internal audit staff or, conversely, the IT department, please do not hesitate to contact us.
